When we ship to USA there no taxes to pay. Due the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) all our products are imported to USA duty-free. Also you save state/county taxes.

If you have any material is damaged, we will always replace that material at no cost to the customer.We use some of the largest carriers in Canada serving to USA. Their damage and claim ratio is less than 1%! The chances or your order being damaged in transit are slim. Even when there is damage, it has been minor and we have rectified it immediately.

We can send 3 samples at no charge to you. All you have pay is the shipment of samples with your choice of courier or mailing. We deduct this amount from your bill when you order. Catalogs are mailed at no charge.
